What to send
Send what you have. We’ll tell you how deep we can go.
Invoices alone get you a real audit. Each extra document opens up additional checks.
Baseline
Parcel invoices
Billed against actual weight, DIM discrepancies, duplicate charges, accessorial outliers.
Required. From your 3PL or your carriers, three months minimum. Whatever data you have.
Standard
+ Rate cards
What you were billed against what you agreed to: accessorial rates, zones, service levels.
Often an exhibit inside your MSA. No card? Send the contract and we’ll find it.
Deep
+ Product master
SKU-level DIM accuracy, cartonization gaps, systematic versus one-off errors.
Usually one export from Shopify or your ERP, with weights and dimensions.
Full
+ 3PL contract
Fee-schedule compliance, minimums and escalators, findings written to be dispute-ready.
The one that turns a number into a credit you can claim.

“Will this hurt our relationship with our 3PL?”
No. We never contact your 3PL or your carriers, and nothing you upload is shared with them. Most of what we find is drift, not malice, and a clean line-level record is what gets it fixed quietly.

- Encrypted and access-controlledSeen only by the Implentio team working on your audit.
- Your documents stay privateYour documents are never shared with another brand. We use only anonymized, aggregated data for benchmarks.
Questions
Before you send anything.
What does a free parcel and 3PL invoice audit check?
Every line of your 3PL and carrier invoices, against what you agreed to pay: billed weight against actual weight, DIM discrepancies, duplicate charges, and accessorial and surcharge outliers. With your rate cards and 3PL contract we also check rates, zones, service levels, minimums and fee schedules.
What do I need to send?
Three months of parcel invoices at minimum, from your 3PL or your carriers, in whatever format you have them: PDF, CSV, Excel, a ZIP or a portal export. Rate cards, a product master and your 3PL contract let us go deeper, but they aren’t required.
How long does the audit take?
About ten minutes to send your documents. Findings are ready about two days later, and an ops expert walks you through them in a thirty-minute call.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no commitment, and the findings are yours whether or not you work with us.
Will you contact my 3PL or carriers?
No. We never contact your 3PL or your carriers, and nothing you upload is shared with them.
What happens to the invoices I upload?
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to authorized Implentio team members. We use them to prepare your audit, and may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our benchmarks, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Your brand, rates and documents are never shown to another brand. For privacy questions or document deletion requests, contact privacy@implentio.com.
